Kwok Wing Limited offers shipping to addresses within the regions served by this website. Processing times are separate from shipping times. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping timelines begin once the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method. A confirmation email containing tracking information is sent when the order ships. Kwok Wing Limited is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or incorrect shipping details provided at the time of purchase.

Return Policy

Kwok Wing Limited accepts returns on eligible休闲服装 (casual apparel) items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage due to improper handling are not eligible for return.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds cover the cost of the returned merchandise only.

  5. Crediting: The refund is released to the original payment method. PayPal refunds are subject to the standard 14-day processing timeline or a 30-day timeline where required by applicable law.
